Privacy Policy

Vibes Kitchen (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is protected.
1. Overview
The App does not collect or send personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address or phone number) to the developer’s servers. No account registration is required. Data you enter is, as a rule, stored on your own device. The only information sent to the developer is anonymous crash and diagnostic data used to keep the App stable (see Section 4).
2. Data We Handle
Data you enter
Information you enter into the App — ingredients, purchase prices, recipes, stores, costs, prices, and so on. This is stored locally on your device, and the developer cannot view its contents.
Cloud sync (iCloud / Google Drive)
If you use cloud sync, the data above is stored in your own cloud storage and synced across your devices. On iOS this is iCloud under the same Apple ID; on Android it is Google Drive under the same Google account. In both cases it is kept in a private area tied to your own account, and the developer cannot access it. This is governed by the respective privacy policies (Apple / Google).
3. Purchase (Subscription) Information
Some features are offered as in-app purchases (subscriptions) through the App Store / Google Play.
- Payments are processed by Apple and Google. The developer never receives payment details such as credit card numbers.
- To manage subscription status, the App uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID, purchase/receipt information, and device/OS information, but does not collect personally identifying information such as your name or email address.
4. Crash Reporting (Diagnostics)
To find and fix bugs and keep the App stable, the App sends anonymous crash and diagnostic data using Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.).
- This is collected only from released builds, and only when an error or crash occurs.
- The data includes crash logs (error messages and stack traces), performance information, and technical device data such as OS version and device model. It is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking or advertising.
- Personal data (your IP address, name, email, etc.) is not sent, and the contents you enter into the App (ingredients, recipes, and so on) are not included.
- Collected data is retained for a limited period (about 90 days) and then automatically deleted.
5. Analytics, Ads and Tracking
The App uses no analytics SDKs, advertising, or third-party tracking. It does not sell or share your data with third parties. (Crash reporting for stability is described in Section 4.)
6. Sharing and Export
The App can export data via the share sheet, clipboard, PDF, CSV or plain text. This happens only when you choose to do so, and where the data is sent or shared is entirely your choice.

8. Deleting Your Data
Data on your device can be deleted within the App or by uninstalling it. Data stored in the cloud can be managed and deleted from Settings → (Apple ID) → iCloud on iOS, or from Google Drive (drive.google.com) on Android.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
10. Security
Because the App does not store personal information on the developer’s servers, protection of your data depends on the security of your device and cloud account. We recommend using a device passcode and two-factor authentication for your Apple ID / Google account.
11. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as needed. Any significant changes will be announced on this page.

Vibes Kitchen（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリがどのような情報を取り扱い、どのように保護するかを説明するものです。
1. 基本方針
本アプリは、利用者を識別するための個人情報（氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号など）を、開発者のサーバーに収集・送信しません。アカウント登録は不要です。利用者が入力したデータは、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。開発者に送信されるのは、アプリの安定動作のために用いる匿名のクラッシュ・診断データのみです（第4項をご参照ください）。
2. 取り扱うデータ
利用者が入力するデータ
食材・仕入価格・レシピ・店舗・原価・売価など、利用者がアプリに入力した情報です。これらは利用者の端末内（ローカル）に保存され、開発者がその内容を閲覧することはできません。
クラウド同期（iCloud / Google ドライブ）
利用者がクラウド同期を利用する場合、上記のデータは利用者ご自身のクラウドストレージに保存され、端末間で同期されます。保存先は、iOS では同じ Apple ID の iCloud、Android では同じ Google アカウントの Google ドライブ です。いずれも利用者本人のアカウントに紐づくプライベートな領域に保存され、開発者はアクセスできません。取り扱いには各社のプライバシーポリシー（Apple / Google）が適用されます。
3. 課金（サブスクリプション）に関する情報
本アプリの一部機能は、App Store / Google Play を通じたアプリ内課金（サブスクリプション）として提供されます。
- 決済処理は Apple および Google が行い、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
- 購読状態の管理のため、RevenueCat（RevenueCat, Inc.）を利用します。RevenueCat では、匿名のアプリ利用者 ID、購入・レシート情報、端末・OS の情報などが処理されますが、氏名やメールアドレスといった個人を特定する情報は取得しません。
4. クラッシュレポート（診断データ）
不具合の発見・修正とアプリの安定動作のため、本アプリは Sentry（Functional Software, Inc.）を用いて、匿名のクラッシュ・診断データを送信します。
- これはリリース版でのみ、かつエラーやクラッシュが発生したときにのみ収集されます。
- 内容は、クラッシュログ（エラーメッセージやスタックトレース）、パフォーマンス情報、OS バージョンや端末機種などの技術的な端末情報です。利用者個人には関連付けられず、トラッキングや広告には使用しません。
- IP アドレス・氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人情報は送信しません。また、利用者がアプリに入力した内容（食材やレシピなど）は含まれません。
- 収集したデータは一定期間（約90日）の保持後に自動的に削除されます。
5. 解析・広告・トラッキング
本アプリは、利用状況を解析する SDK、広告、第三者によるトラッキングを一切使用しません。利用者のデータを第三者に販売・提供することもありません。（安定動作のためのクラッシュレポートについては第4項をご参照ください。）
6. データの共有・書き出し
本アプリには、データを共有シート・クリップボード・PDF・CSV・テキストとして書き出す機能があります。これらは利用者が自ら操作したときにのみ実行され、その送信先・共有先は利用者の選択に委ねられます。
7. 第三者サービス
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用します。各社による情報の取り扱いについては、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

8. データの削除
端末内のデータは、アプリ内の操作またはアプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。クラウドに保存されたデータは、iOS では「設定 →（Apple ID）→ iCloud」から、Android では Google ドライブ（drive.google.com）の管理画面から、それぞれ管理・削除できます。
9. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、13 歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
10. セキュリティ
本アプリは個人情報を開発者のサーバーに保持しないため、データの保護は利用者の端末およびクラウドアカウントのセキュリティに依存します。端末のパスコードや、Apple ID / Google アカウントの二要素認証など、適切な保護を行うことを推奨します。
11. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。
